Do you offer refunds?
Absolutely and we mean it. You only pay when we successfully restore your website. If we can’t deliver what we promised based on the Wayback Machine URL you provided, you get a full refund, no questions asked. We built our service this way on purpose. We believe you should never have to take a financial risk just to get your own website back. That’s not a policy it’s how we think business should work.
How long does it take to get my website back?
Most websites are restored and delivered within 24 hours. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive an email with a download link for your complete website files in a ZIP package. For larger or more complex sites, it may take a bit longer but we won’t leave you guessing. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way so you always know exactly where things stand.
Which file types do you recover?
We go after everything HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, PDFs, Flash (SWF) files, and any other asset referenced by your archived website. What we can recover depends on what was originally captured by the Wayback Machine. But if something is there, we’ll find it. And if you notice anything missing that you can see in the archive, just reach out we’ll personally review and recover it for you.
Where is my order right now?
You can check your order status anytime through our Order Status page no need to wait or wonder. If your order shows as completed but the email hasn’t arrived, please check your spam or junk folder first. Still can’t find it? Contact us and we’ll sort it out immediately. Your time matters to us.
Is my website data safe with you?
Yes, completely. We only use the Wayback Machine URL you provide nothing more, nothing less. We don’t sell your data, we don’t share it, and we don’t use it for anything outside your project.
Once your order is complete, your project information isn’t actively retained or repurposed. Your privacy isn’t just a checkbox for us it’s part of how we treat every client with respect
If I don't like the outcome, what do I do?
Tell us. Seriously if the restored website doesn’t match the archived version you selected, we want to know. We’ll review it carefully and fix whatever needs adjusting.
If we genuinely can’t deliver a result that matches the available archive, you’ll receive a full refund. Our goal is simple: either you get your website back correctly, or you don’t pay. We want you to win.
Can I request a specific archived version of my site?
Yes! If you have a specific Wayback Machine snapshot URL say, from a date when your site looked exactly the way you remember it just share it when placing your order and we’ll restore that exact version.
Not sure which snapshot to use? No problem. Share your main URL and we’ll help you identify the most complete and accurate version available. We’ve done this enough times to know what to look for.

Why does my site layout look broken?
The most frequently asked question is to upload the files to a subfolder instead of the root domain. Move everything to the root and check again, this usually cures the problem without any further problems.
If this is true, then it is likely that a CSS file or other related assets were not captured in the original Wayback Machine snapshot. If so, the limitation is not due to our restoration process, but to the source archive.
Always choose the most complete Wayback Machine snapshot before ordering. our team can help you find the best snapshot.
Some images or Flash files are missing what do I do?
We recover everything that’s available in the Wayback Machine archive. If a file wasn’t captured, it unfortunately can’t be recovered from that source. But if you can see a file in the Wayback Machine and it’s not in your delivered package contact us. We’ll personally review your order and restore anything that was missed. You shouldn’t have to accept less than what’s available.
My site doesn't look right on my Local machine
Don’t worry this is completely expected and doesn’t mean anything is wrong with your files. When you open a website locally by clicking on index.html, the layout often breaks because the file paths are designed for a live web server, not your local computer. Simply upload the files to your web hosting and open your domain in a browser. Everything will display correctly once it’s running on a server
How Do I Install My Site?
Standard files: Unzip the package, upload all files to your hosting root directory, and open your domain in a browser. That’s it your site should load immediately.
WordPress integration: Set up a MySQL database in your hosting control panel, upload the WordPress files we provide, and connect using the included configuration details. Need help with how to install your site? We’re here to walk you through it.

My inner pages aren't showing how do I fix it?
This is almost always caused by a missing .htaccess file. Here’s what to check:
Make sure the .htaccess file is present in your root directory. If you unzipped on Windows, hidden files may not be visible by default enable “Show hidden items” in your file explorer settings.
The easiest fix: upload the ZIP file directly to your hosting via cPanel File Manager and extract it there. This ensures every file including hidden ones ends up exactly where it needs to be. Still having trouble? Message us and we’ll walk you through it personally.
