  • Once a restoration or file delivery is successfully completed and provided to you, the order is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

2. Refund Request Process

  • Include your order details and the reason for your request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. (No other payment method accepted)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect or incomplete URLs provided by the customer.
  • Change of mind after delivery of files.
  • Failure to access downloaded files due to customer-side technical issues.
