- Any additional work beyond the agreed scope (e.g., redesigns, new content, heavy custom modifications) is extra and will incur additional charges.
4. Order Process & Payment

5. Delivery & Turnaround
- We will provide an estimated turnaround time upon order confirmation.

8. Refunds & Cancellations
- If you cancel before we begin any restoration work, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund (depending on your deposit and work done).
- Once work has commenced, cancellation may not be possible or may incur fees.
- Due to the nature of archival restoration, full refunds after work has substantially advanced or completed are typically not offered, unless there is a clear failure on our part to deliver the agreed scope.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantee that restoration will be perfect or complete.
- We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from missing data, errors, omissions in the archives, or inability to recover certain content.
- In no event will our liability exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific Order.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of restored content or the non-availability of certain archived materials.
10. Warranties
- You acknowledge that archival content may have limitations (e.g. broken links, missing images, incomplete code) and that we cannot guarantee full functionality or usability in all cases.
- We do not warrant that restored sites will be compatible with all browsers/devices unless specifically agreed.
11. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, complete information about the Archived Content, including URLs, versions, or snapshots you want restored.
- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights to use any content (images, text, media, etc.) restored.
